I need someone like you who agrees with the 2001 Master Plan that we should honor our past and shape our future. I believe we can do anything by working together. Can you take a minute and let me know how you’d like to be involved?

To contribute a donation to help bear the cost of past and future campaign marketing, please read below.

State law also requires:

• Reporting of all information for any contribution greater than $50 in a calendar year;
• Collection and reporting of occupations and employers for contributors when the donation value equals $200 or more in a calendar year.

You may donate up to a total of $500 in a calendar year, payable to Ari Herzog for Newburyport City Council. All contributions must come from your personal funds. Corporate contributions are restricted by law and cannot be accepted.

Before continuing, please verify the following statements are true and accurate:

1. I am not a foreign national who lacks permanent residence in the United States.
2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and not those of another.
3. This contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation.
4. This contribution is made on a personal credit card or check for which I have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made on a corporate or business entity card/check or on the card/check of another person.
5. My total contributions this year to Ari Herzog for Newburyport City Council do not exceed $500 (or $200, if I am a registered lobbyist.)
6. I am at least 18 years old.
